SPOKANE HOME WATCH is comprised of individuals with strong military, law enforcement, construction, client service and communication skills. In short, we love what we do. Here's a partial list of who we are and how/why SPOKANE HOME WATCH began.
KATE WARNER
Armed with a baton and a degree in psychology from Andover, Kate worked for eight years as a law enforcement officer for the Ministry of Defence, London. Born in Portsmouth, England, Kate met Ryan Warner while he was stationed at the RAF Fairford Base in the U.K. and relocated to the United States in 2004.

RYAN WARNER
A Spokane, Wash. native, Ryan spent eight years in the United States Marine Corps and is still enlisted after an additional 11 years in the Air National Guard. A Washington State University graduate with a bachelor's degree in finance and a minor in accounting, Ryan worked for three years as the chief financial officer for a land development company in Sandpoint, Idaho. He returned to Spokane not long after marrying Kate to be closer to family, friends (and Fairchild Air Force Base).

ABOUT SHW
SPOKANE HOME WATCH was founded in 2007.
With parents entering retirement and traveling, the owners of SHW are often called when things go wrong; a triggered alarm, an unfortunate leak, a last minute pick-up or an airport drop-off...the list goes on.
But what about those that have a home in Spokane but don't always have family or friends they can consistently rely upon?
With Spokane's phenomenal growth in the last few years, SHW was founded to fill the niche for those looking for a reliable company to look after their home. During vacations or simply at times the home was unoccupied, owners could rest easy knowing their home was under good supervision.
All SHW professionals have strong backgrounds in military, law enforcement, construction/maintenance, and client service, so you can relax. Think of us as the neighbors who always have an eye out for you and are always there to answer the phone.
